Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 1-year warranty for products purchased. If your store receipt is still within the valid return window, customers must return the item to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange. For purchases exceeding 30 days from the date on the receipt and no longer eligible for in-store returns, we may offer a refund or replacement, depending on product availability.
If you received an item as a gift, valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claims.
Please note: Warranty claims, refunds, and replacements are only valid for orders shipped within North America and Canada. We do not provide warranty services, replacements, or refunds for purchases made or shipped outside these regions.
Refund & Replacement Process
To initiate a refund or replacement, proof of purchase is required. Please email our support team at support@westandarrow.com and include the following information:
· First and Last Name
· Product model number
· A copy or image of your receipt
In some cases, we may request a brief video clip to help assess the issue and determine if troubleshooting is possible. If the item cannot be troubleshooted or returned to the original retailer, a refund will be issued. All refunds are processed via PayPal; we do not offer refunds via e-transfer or mailed check. Proof of purchase is required to verify the purchase date. A copy of a credit card statement is not a valid proof of purchase.
Third-party Retailers
If your product was purchased through a third-party retailer, we’re unfortunately unable to provide warranty services. Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase for further assistance.
