Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 1-year warranty policy for products purchased. If your store receipt is still within the valid return window, customers must return the item to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange. For purchases exceeding 30 days from the date on the receipt and no longer eligible for in-store returns, we may offer a refund or replacement, depending on product availability. If you received an item as a gift valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claims.

Refund & Replacement Process
To initiate a refund or replacement, proof of purchase is required. Please email our support team at support@westandarrow.com and include the following information:
· First and Last Name
· Product model number
· A copy or image of your receipt
In some cases, we may request a brief video clip to help assess the issue and determine if troubleshooting is possible. If the item cannot be troubleshooted or returned to the original retailer, a refund will be issued. All refunds are processed via PayPal; we do not offer refunds via e-transfer or a mailed check. Proof of purchase is required to verify purchase date. A copy of a credit card statement is not a valid proof of purchase.
