Witchy Moon & Stars Skirt DIY

What You Will Need:

▪ West & Arrow Moon & Star Gem String Lights
▪ Scissors & Sewing Kit
▪ Black Gaffers Tape
▪ Black Layered Tulle Skirt
▪ Black Witch Hat
▪ Black Dress, Black Tights, and Black Boots

How To:

▪ Separate tulle skirt, pulling the first layer open. With black thread and needle, sew the moon and stars string lights into the second layer of tulle.

▪ Secure battery pack onto back of skirt at waist line with black gaffers tape.
